These terms govern your use of the rankcv.com website, operated by IncubApp Venture Capital ("IncubApp"). By using the site or submitting a form, you accept these terms.

1. The programs

• Our talent programs are free. IncubApp doesn't charge enrollment or monthly fees.
• Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a spot. Each program's lead reviews the applications.
• Spots, content, dates and formats may change. We'll let you know by email if that affects your application.
• Taking part in a program doesn't guarantee a job.

2. Information you submit

You agree to submit information that is accurate and your own. If you refer someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to share their contact details.

3. Use of the RankCV app

Use of the RankCV app is governed by its own terms, which you accept when you create your account. Points and ranking figures reflect the activity logged in the app.

4. Intellectual property

The RankCV and IncubApp brands, along with the site's logos, text and designs, belong to IncubApp. You may not use them without prior written authorization.

5. Acceptable use

You may not submit forms through automated means, attempt to access systems without authorization or use the site for illegal purposes. We may block access for anyone who does.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy.

7. Governing law and contact
