Privacy policy

IncubApp Venture Capital ("IncubApp"), the controller of the RankCV platform and the rankcv.com website, processes your personal data in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other Colombian personal data protection regulations.

1. What data we collect

Depending on the form you fill out, we may collect:

• Contact details: name, email, mobile phone number with country code, and city.
• Academic details: university, major, semester, English level and area of interest.
• Your open-ended answers about technology and what you hope to get from RankCV.
• For companies and universities: organization name, job title and business contact details.
• Browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We will never ask for your ID number on this site.

2. How we use it

• To manage your application to a program and let you know the outcome.
• To link your application to your RankCV app account when you sign up with the same email.
• To respond to requests about internships, referrals, partnerships, recruiting, consulting and university agreements.
• To send you information about new programs, if you allow us to.
• To measure and improve the site using aggregate statistics.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Program leads and the IncubApp team access it to review your application. We use cloud infrastructure providers that act as data processors under confidentiality agreements. Partner companies only see your RankCV profile if you sign up for the app and make it visible.

4. Your rights

As the data subject, you can:

• Access, update and correct your data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Find out how we have used your data.
• Revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data when there is no legal duty to keep it.
• File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

To exercise these rights, email us at info@pschool.cc. We respond to inquiries within ten (10) business days and to claims within fifteen (15) business days.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

6. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. We keep it for as long as it's needed for the purposes described or as long as we're legally required to.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with its update date.
